Solar Power at Blue Heron Whitewater
This past winter Blue Heron Whitewater had some solar panels installed on one of our south facing roofs. We considered the idea of using solar hot water, but decided that since our hot water needs are both minimal and intense (we need a good bit of hot water a few times a day, a few days of the year), that a better use of the sun’s rays would be a direct conversion to electricity.
